WHO WE ARE ?
Mariela Espinoza, retired teacher of languages driven to the business world, design, and manufacture. I managed for 12 years an event and exhibition business company and a fine linen factory.
Always captivated by the world of arts, creativity, and innovation, I developed an eye for design through travels, nature, and art, discovering a renewal excitement to create beautiful home spaces.
I opened Valued Staging as a home staging company to offer a valuable and affordable service to those willing to sell their homes faster adding value and higher offers to their MLS
I am certified by Staging Studio School
in San Antonio, Texas.
Today organizing my knowledge and experience around this discipline which gathers much of what I am and what I like.
Money spent staging will be made up tenfold in the house sale, if done smartly
It is a “walk and talk” consultation with or without a written report to determine what needs to be done, usually takes 1-2 hours but depends on the size and conditions of the house. After assessment, we will indicate the best strategy to stage your home and reach the right buyer and the best offer. If needed a written report can be delivered at an additional fee.
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
The objective of this service is to prepare the house for the photography sessions and to have it ready in the best possible condition to the MLS. The existing furniture, art and accesories will be used, repositionedd and redefined to depersonalize the spaces and make them more appealing to a broad number of potential buyers. The idea is to enhance the features of the home to lessen days on market and increase visual impact. Some investment maybe needed for paint, landscaping, repairs, substitutions, etc.
OCCUPIED STAGING PLUS
It is the same service but with the possibility of adding some pieces of furniture, art and accesories to enhance the staging and definition of spaces. Many owners do not have all the necessary furniture needed. we will provide or rent , the necessary pieces. Some financial investment maybe needed for paint, landscaping, repairs, substitutions (ex: faucets, lampshades, bulbs etc)
